Job Opportunity: Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) - Med Spa
About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our prestigious Med Spa. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, providing advanced cosmetic and aesthetic treatments to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct consultations to assess clients' cosmetic concerns and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform advanced cosmetic procedures, including dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures. Administer injectables and dermal fillers following established protocols and guidelines. Utilize medical equipment and technologies to ensure precision and safety in treatments. Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in cosmetic medicine through conferences and workshops. Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a professional and compassionate approach. Collaborate with the Med Spa team, including physicians and aestheticians, for coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and outcomes. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment.
Qualifications: Licensure:
Must be a licensed Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) in California. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in performing dermal filler injectables. Skills:
Strong knowledge of cosmetic medicine and advanced aesthetic procedures. Excellent clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear and concise information to patients. Team Collaboration:
Ability to work effectively within a team and with other healthcare professionals.
