* Join our close-knit team of 3 Intensivists and 2 Critical Care APPs at Bayhealth Hospital - Kent Campus. * Work alongside clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds with a shared dedication to the practice of critical care medicine. * In Dover, we also have the opportunity to work with residents from many different disciplines as they train in the ICUs.
Qualifications:
* Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. * Board Certified/Eligible - Nurse Practitioner * ICU Experience required and competency in ICU procedures. * Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in Delaware. * Authorized to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
* We offer an array of flexible scheduling options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a 317-bed community hospital. * Show high levels of competency in ICU procedures while practicing autonomously. * Demonstrate care for medical and surgical patients in an ICU with support from a full complement of medical subspecialists.

Rewards and Benefits:
* Compensation: * Robust total rewards including a salary of $190,000 - $205,000 depending on monthly shift average. * Benefits: * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. * 401k with matching contributions. * Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage. * Generous paid time off. * Annual CME allowance.
