Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer II (SEG2) to support critical Department of Defense (DoD) projects. This position is contingent upon contract award and focuses on software development, integration, and testing for advanced systems, including embedded and real-time applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and agile development practices. Position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop software test procedures, software programs, and related documentation using a variety of software languages, with proficiency in C++, CUDA, Python, and MATLAB. Support software planning, requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and debugging of embedded systems. Collaborate on Agile software development and DevSecOps processes to create, deliver, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Contribute to system and software architecture development using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like Cameo. Implement and utilize configuration management and collaboration tools, such as Git, JIRA, Collaborator, Beyond Compare, and VersionOne. Design software within open architecture constructs, including SOSA, CMOSS, OMS/UCI, and AMS Government Reference Architecture (GRA). Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or a related discipline. Security Clearance:

Active Secret security clearance. Experience (Within the Past Seven Years):

3+ years of experience developing software test procedures, software programs, and related documentation in C++, CUDA, Python, and MATLAB. 3+ years of experience in software planning, requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and debugging for embedded systems. Desired Qualifications:

Security Clearance:

Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility or Top-Secret Eligible status. Demonstrated experience supporting Top Secret-level projects. Experience (Within the Past Ten Years):

5+ years of experience developing embedded real-time software and real-time operating systems (RTOS). 5+ years of experience with Agile software development, DevSecOps practices, and managing complex software build plans. 5+ years of experience with open architecture constructs such as SOSA, CMOSS, OMS/UCI, and AMS GRA. 5+ years of experience in system and software architecture development using MBSE tools like Cameo. 5+ years of experience using configuration management and collaboration tools such as Git, JIRA, Collaborator, Beyond Compare, and VersionOne.
