What we are looking for...
Due to our continued global expansion, we are looking for a talented and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to support our sales function across the United States.
As an experienced Account Executive, you will be adept at closing new sales deals across assigned regions. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales plans and pitches to develop leads and communicate an understanding of customer requirements to ensure efficient progression throughout the sales cycle.
We are specifically looking for new business specialists with experience in the commercial sector.
Location..
We will accept applications from candidates based across Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, LA or Minneapolis however the ideal candidate will be able to reliably commute to the
Reston
office quarterly.

Key responsibilities...
Account planning
Achieve revenue & margin targets from new customers on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Create and maintain documented account development plans. Work with marketing or other internal departments to proactively identify and target customers. Build sales approaches for specific customer accounts. Develop and maintain an adequate pipeline of opportunities. Provide accurate forecasting of opportunities by effectively progressing sales opportunities. Customer relationships & satisfaction
Regularly meet and build effective relationships with existing and potential customers. Drive the promotion and sale of additional services to or through the customer. Maintain a detailed knowledge of customer objectives and key personnel. Set customer expectations during sales, delivery and throughout the contract. Coordinate internal teams to deliver to customer expectations. Product and sales expert
Maintain a broad understanding of key products and technology relevant to our services. Maintain a good understanding of industry developments. Illustrate business advantage of our products and services to customers and other sales colleagues. Contribute thought and expertise to brand/marketing activities as required. Mentor and advise other sales colleagues in order to assist their development/closing of opportunities. About you...
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. Substantial experience in developing and maintaining a sales pipeline, specifically within the Saas or CCaaS industry. Previous experience working with long - term sales cycles of 6-18 months. Demonstrable experience within a leadership role and a proven ability to manage and motivate others. Experience using a CRM or similar tool. Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective influencing and negotiating. Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to form strong client relationships.
