Account Manager – Level I (San Jose)Electronics/high tech industryGeneral Summary:This role involves managing, coordinating, and implementing sales activities for key strategic accounts. The Account Manager is the primary customer contact responsible for developing new business, maintaining market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer visits, handling sales data, collaborating with engineering teams, and supporting new product introductions.Essential Job Functions:Develop and refine market positions, implement sales strategies, and pursue new business opportunities.Provide technical product presentations and coordinate project needs.Report on sales data and market competitiveness.Collaborate with design engineers, technical services, and manufacturing teams.Prepare sales forecasts, quotes, and other customer correspondence.Report customer activities and maintain relationships with global counterparts.Provide training and sales presentations to various stakeholders.Achieve sales targets and support business expansion efforts.Requirements:Knowledge in electronic engineering and OEM products.Sales techniques, international business, and project management skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Fluency in Japanese is preferred but not required.Education and Experience:College degree and 2–3 years of applicable sales experience preferred.To apply, please send your resume to abutterfield@pasona.com
