The pay range is $125,600.00 - $226,100.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. Director, RBX Strategy & DesignStep into a pivotal leadership role where creativity, strategy, and innovation converge to redefine the in-store experience for apparel and accessories. At Target, we are seeking an inspired leader to bring a visionary approach to RBX Strategy & Design. As the Director, you will shape how guests experience our apparel and accessories, driving key business objectives while advancing the creative goals of RBX.What You’ll Do:As Director, you’ll lead a talented team of 14, including 3 direct reports, to craft innovative and impactful in-store marketing and visual merchandising strategies. You’ll coach, develop, and inspire your team to push boundaries and set new standards for excellence.
