Job Description: The VNA Health Group is seeking a Full Time Hospice RN in Monmouth County. Responsibilities Participate in a two week clinical orientationAssess, evaluate, and develop care plans for patientsProvide education and care strategies for patients and familiesCollaborate with VNA clinicians and external providersDocument changes and update care plans Qualifications Active RN License (BSN preferred)1+ year of supervised RN experience (hospice, palliative care or home health preferred)Excellent communication and problem solving skillsCar and valid driver's license
