Description The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for: Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability of components and assemblies. Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement. Support the introduction of new products, tools, and equipment into manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to maintain production targets. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Develop and maintain detailed process documentation

Apply today for immediate consideration! Profile Bachelors or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
