efforts, build a project backlog, and deepen existing client relationships. Focus on
long-term growth
and sustainability within the division. Autonomy & Operational Management : Oversee the day-to-day management of the
$20M+ business , ensuring adherence to the company's guidelines while having the freedom to make key decisions. Project Execution : Manage multiple projects across
multiple sectors
(details of specific projects to be disclosed later). Profile Leadership Expertise : Proven ability to lead a business, inspire teams, and drive results in a fast-paced construction or building-related environment. Sector Experience : Strong background in commercial
projects. Knowledge of these markets is highly desirable. Business Acumen : Strong track record of managing and growing a profitable business. Ability to operate with autonomy while ensuring alignment with company values and goals. Change Management : Experience in navigating organizational change and supporting leadership transitions in a family-owned, multi-division business. Software Skills : Familiarity with tools like
