Key duties and responsibilities include:
Analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance
Driving productivity, capacity utilization, and efficiency improvements, including the management of outside processing
Leading and managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics
Resolving operational, quality, and maintenance challenges to prevent delays and optimize costs
Implementing strategic initiatives and continuous improvement processes to enhance plant performance and operational results
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to achieve financial goals and drive profitability
Developing, mentoring, and leading teams to foster a high-performance culture and identify future leaders
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and champion a safety-first culture across the facility

Profile
The successful applicant will possess the following:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent management experience (minimum of 5 years in manufacturing leadership)
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to drive results through influence and collaboration
Proven ability to manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
Strong experience in LEAN manufacturing and process optimization
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage complexity and change, with a demonstrated track record of operational success
Experience in managing large teams, developing leaders, and creating a high-performance culture
Willingness to travel as needed
Job Offer
Base salary $120,000 - $140,000 depending on level of experience
10% annual bonus target, based on company performance & personal metrics
