The Senior Director, Enterprise Continuous Improvement will be a pivotal leader for the broader Keurig Dr Pepper organization. This role is designed to drive significant growth and sustainable value creation across the enterprise by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lean Leader:
Champion the development of a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization to maximize long-term value creation.
Proactively anticipate future needs and opportunities to align and scale capabilities for strategic initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies within and between departments.
Apply Lean principles and methodologies to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor progress and ensure continuous improvement.
Enterprise Network Losses:
Analyze and reconcile financial Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to identify and understand network losses.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop strategies for loss reduction and cost optimization.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.
Process Optimization:
Lead efforts to map and evaluate full end-to-end business value chain to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
Implement agile workflows to enhance speed-to-market and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Drive cross-functional efforts to leverage expertise and maximize organizational value.
Standardize processes to ensure consistency, predictability, and resilience across the organization.
Business Unit Empowerment:
Provide clear processes and guidelines to empower Business Units to drive results and maintain accountability.
Foster an environment where BUs can rapidly adapt and iterate processes while aligning with enterprise objectives.
Creation and Standardization of Systems, Data, Dashboarding, and Reporting:
Develop and implement standardized systems and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Design and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Leadership and Influence:
Lead a dedicated team focused on transforming the larger Keurig Dr Pepper organization through resource optimization, waste reduction, and continuous learning enterprise wide.
Develop and govern central continuous improvement (CI) training programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformational projects.
Certified Scrum Master certification by an agency accredited by the Scrum Alliance and/or Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Associate certified by the CMMI Institute may be required at the Call Order level.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization.
Expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
