Job Description:
We are seeking a senior Media Solutions leader to join our Global Data and Tech division at Dentsu. You will be a strategic leader working alongside AOR pitch teams to showcase Dentsu's capabilities in leveraging data, technology, and AI to solve complex media and marketing challenges. This role is essential in translating clients' needs into innovative Dentsu platform driven media workflows across insights, audience, media planning, activation, and measurement. With a deep understanding of media ecosystems and data and identity frameworks, you will help build compelling narratives and unique solutions that position Dentsu as a leading choice in client pitches.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Global Data & Technology and AOR media pitch teams, collaborating on solutions that align with client briefs and showcase Dentsu's media workflow platforms.
• Media Workflow Expertise: Lead initiatives that demonstrate the capabilities of Dentsu's product suite across the entire media workflow-from audience insights and planning to activation and measurement.
• Client-Specific Solutions: Develop tailored approaches to pitch briefs, focusing on how Dentsu's platforms can uniquely address client challenges in data, identity, and media effectiveness.
• Data and Identity Frameworks: Apply in-depth knowledge of data and identity solutions to ensure seamless targeting, measurement, and personalization, adapting these frameworks to meet specific client needs.
• Innovation and Best Practices: Drive innovation by keeping current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, ensuring that Dentsu's media solutions remain at the forefront.
• Storytelling and Pitch Development: Partner with pitch teams to craft compelling, data-driven narratives that illustrate the impact and differentiation of Dentsu's offerings in addressing client objectives.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product, data science, engineering, and account teams to align on client requirements, share best practices, and refine media solutions for maximum impact.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze pitch and client feedback to optimize Dentsu's media solutions, identifying enhancements that align with market needs and client priorities.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years in media solutions, marketing technology, or a related field, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.
• Media and Data Expertise: Proven track record in media strategy, with a strong understanding of data and identity frameworks, audience segmentation, media planning, and performance measurement.
• Client Pitch and Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated success in collaborating on client pitches, with the ability to distill complex data and technology solutions into compelling, client-centered narratives.
• Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and data insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Leadership: Experience building and leading high-performance teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex information in an accessible way to stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Data Science); advanced degree preferred.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
