Description

Superintendent - Commercial Construction will have the following responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities.
  • Manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor safety compliance and uphold the commitment to a safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Problem-solve on-site challenges with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Profile

Superintendent - Commercial Construction will have the following skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling software is a plus.
  • A commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
