Job Summary:
The CRM Data Analyst will support data management teams and field operations, particularly in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. The role involves working with data-centric implementations, including CRM systems, data warehouses, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and data analysis skills, experience with pharma-related data, and the ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support pharma field operations with data management and analysis tasks.
•Work on data-centric implementations such as SFA/CRM and Business Intelligence tools.
•Collaborate on data warehouse, MDM, and data integration initiatives.
•Read and write queries in SQL Server or Azure SQL databases.
•Work in a production environment for multiple clients in a compliance industry.
•Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
•Minimum 3 years of experience supporting pharma field operations.
•Minimum 3 years of experience with data-centric implementations (SFA/CRM, BI tools).
•Minimum 3 years of experience with data warehouse, MDM, and data integration initiatives.
•Strong expertise in SQL Server or Azure SQL database queries.
•Excellent organizational and data analysis skills.
•Experience in compliance-driven production environments.
•Comfortable working with offshore teams and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with Salesforce.com, Veeva, or similar CRM systems.
•Experience with Veeva Network.
•Proficiency in Python scripting.
•Knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences data sources for Customer Master and Sales information.
•Experience with cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure Synapse, Databricks, AWS Redshift, or Snowflake.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
