What we're looking for:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing 50Floor's digital marketing strategies, as well as overseeing the work of external agencies that support these efforts. This includes managing digital advertising campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and overall marketing performance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly analytical, and a problem-solver with hands-on experience in performance marketing. Additionally, this role requires strong experience in collaborating with and managing agencies to execute various digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Advertising:

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization for maximum ROI. Oversee and collaborate with external agencies responsible for executing and managing Google Ads campaigns to ensure alignment with 50Floor's goals and brand strategy. Lead and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, tailored to our target audience in the flooring market. Manage relationships with external agencies handling Facebook Ads, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned with business goals. Track and analyze digital advertising performance across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, adjusting strategies to improve results and meet business goals. Collaborate with agencies to optimize digital campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics (e.g., conversions, leads, ROI).

HubSpot Management and Marketing Automation:

Oversee and optimize marketing automation workflows using HubSpot to nurture leads and improve customer retention. Design and implement targeted email campaigns through HubSpot, including promotional emails, lead nurturing series, and customer re-engagement strategies. Collaborate with HubSpot agency partners to enhance email and marketing automation efforts. Monitor key HubSpot metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and refine strategies to enhance results. Manage HubSpot CRM for efficient lead management and track sales pipeline performance.

SEO and Content Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve 50Floor's website ranking and increase organic traffic from search engines. Collaborate with external SEO agencies to ensure that SEO strategies are in line with best practices and business goals. Lead on-page SEO efforts, including keyword optimization, meta tags, and technical SEO improvements. Collaborate with the content team and external partners to create SEO-friendly content that resonates with our audience while driving higher search engine rankings.

Email Marketing:

Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including promotions, special offers, and customer education on flooring products and services. Work with email marketing agencies to manage campaigns and optimize engagement. Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences to improve campaign relevance and performance. Use A/B testing to refine email subject lines, content, and delivery schedules to drive better engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance across all digital marketing channels and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with external analytics agencies to track website and campaign performance. Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and other tools to track performance metrics and generate reports. Dive deep into analytics to uncover trends, customer behavior patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. Manage marketing budgets across various digital channels and with external agencies to maximize effectiveness and achieve business goals. Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with 50Floor's brand, objectives, and KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Product) and agencies to ensure integrated marketing efforts and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in digital advertising, SEO, content strategy, and email marketing. At least 3 years of experience with HubSpot, including creating workflows, managing email campaigns, and utilizing HubSpot analytics. Deep experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. Proven success in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing strategies. Proficient in using email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign) and CRM tools. Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and optimize digital strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot marketing automation tools. High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills to create engaging content and reports.
