Job Summary
The UX Designer is responsible for creating user-centered designs for web and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and optimizing the user experience.
This role involves wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and cohesive digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement UX designs for web and social media platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure consistent user experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize interfaces based on feedback and analytics. Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team. Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and social media projects. Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Strong ability to conduct user research and usability testing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered design approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with accessibility design standards and practices. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
