About the Role:
We are hiring a
Senior Sales Manager
to support our North American expansion for our newly acquired Skuad Global Workforce Management platform.
The role will require proven sales leadership skills; the successful candidate will be eager to lead by example and coach existing and future Account Executives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales leadership experience, a history of motivating sales teams to surpassing targets, and both inside and outside sales experience.
This role will be based in our New York, NY office.
What You'll Do: Fill a key role in scaling the Skuad go-to-market Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Own and achieve annual sales targets Develop the sales strategy including determining high potential markets, use cases, and verticals, and how to deploy our resources for optimal growth Motivate, coach, and lead a growing inbound and outbound sales team Identify top talents and support their professional development and career growth Implement an organized and data driven approach to drive pipeline management Conduct continuous analysis of the sales funnel and modify behavior and actions across sales and marketing to improve penetration in new and existing verticals Continually develop and maintain best practices and implement process improvements across the sales team Develop and optimize messaging for new and existing product areas and verticals Coordinate with cross functional teams to influence changes to increase close and activation rates Represent Payoneer at various events across the US throughout the year What We're Looking For:
BA/BS degree 10+ years of sales experience, 3+ years in sales leadership Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and similar tools Outstanding leadership, presentation, communication, rapport building, and listening skills Track record of meeting and exceeding established business goals Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% Not a Must, but a Great Advantage:
Ability to speak a second language Experience in SaaS Experience in HR Tech, Payments, and/or Banking industries Experience in direct sales for small & mid-sized businesses What We Offer:

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $170,000 - $190,000.
