Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solution Architect (8-10 years of experience) to lead AI projects in the healthcare provider industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Data and AI solutions to optimize hospital workflows across care delivery, revenue cycle management, billing and payments and supply chain operations. This role requires a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and computer vision, coupled with a strong foundation in end-end solutioning. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the US healthcare industry, possess sound technical skills, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities within/outside the project.

Required Skillsets:

Domain knowledge (mandatory) Minimum 4-5 years of US healthcare industry experience preferably in the provider space Understanding of hospital workflows, processes, and challenges Knowledge of clinical operations, patient flow, and medical datasets Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data standards (FHIR, HL7) Data and AI Proficiency: Experience in AI, machine learning, and computer vision techniques Experience in using different LLM models based on data modalities and project needs Knowledgeable in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant frameworks Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and their AI offerings Experience in designing end-end solutions by understanding the big picture Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams of data scientists, full-stack developers, QA engineers and UX designers Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to identify new business opportunities through solution-selling, domain expertise and client relationship management Benefits
