Job Title: QA Lead Job Location: Alpharetta, GA (Need local) Job Type: Contract Duration 6MonthsJob Description: Key Responsibilities Define testing strategies and validate new or enhanced functionalities. Collaborate with teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and scenarios. Identify and manage test dependencies, including QA environment, tools, training, and deployment plans. Create and execute manual and automated test scripts aligned with acceptance criteria in epics and user stories. Develop manual test cases for functional and non-functional requirements, identifying automation candidates. Identify risks, prepare mitigation strategies, and execute smoke, functional, integration, and non-functional tests. Log detailed defects with supporting documentation (screenshots, logs, etc.) and manage defect remediation. Prepare comprehensive functional test plans and mapping documents to guide development and QA teams. Maintain automated testing suites and integrate test scripts into CI pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams. Perform UAT and Business Checkout using SQL scripts and create test data for functional and non-functional testing. Generate API-level automation and design reusable test automation frameworks. Mandatory Requirements Experience: 10 years as an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) in API/UI testing. 8 years of expertise in Selenium WebDriver, C#, and other programming languages. 8 years of automation experience with XML and web-based SOAP/RESTful services. Solid design and development experience in C#. Technical Skills: Proficiency with automated testing tools like TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber. Strong SQL skills and RDBMS concepts. Experience in API-level automation using modern technologies and tools. Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
