Job Description

Fordham University is looking for an IT Service Management Developer to come in and help with roll out a ServiceNow Common Service Data Model. This person must have the ability to edit/build-out code within ServiceNow applications. The person will be tasked with monitoring the ServiceNow applications and improving them. They will be expected to help out with workflows/enhancements in ServiceNow. They will also be tasked with troubleshooting any sort of technical issue that takes place within the SNOW application suite.

Skills and Requirements

1 + years of hands-on development in ServiceNow applications

Ability to translate requirements from stakeholders and implement them in ServiceNow

-Ability to troubleshoot/improve ServiceNow applications

Ability to translate technical concepts to liemens terms to non-IT stakeholders

3 years experience in IT service management (ITSM) solutions implementation, configuration, and customization

-Bachelors Degree OR 5 years of Relevant IT work experience

Good communication and collaborative skills - Experience with rolling out/implementing the ServiceNow into a new environment

Experience with other technical skills/applications including JavaScript, Glide Script/APIs, AJAX (Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.), Flow Designer, UI Macros, and UI Actions null
