This ecosystem enables disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of end points across the planet allowing Anduril to be the source of truth for any time sensitive decision, transforming the way militaries close kill chains and enable mission autonomy, and developers to build experiences in a connected mesh ecosystem.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild a cohesive, data-driven strategy within the US Marine Corps Command and Control market to penetrate, expand, and deliver Anduril’s Connected Warfare capabilitiesDevelop and maintain close working relationships with key Marine Corps stakeholders to identify and shape new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to program teams across operations, engineering, and manufacturingServe as a leader for existing Marine Corps programs within the Connected Warfare Division; design, implement, and execute strategic capture campaigns within Marine Corps Systems Command and PEO Land Systems, ensuring effective engagement with senior Marine Corps and DoD leadershipFoster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvementLead initiatives that move the organization forward, contributing to business and financial performance in a material and meaningful mannerDeliver on financial performance commitments and build strategic market growth initiativesQUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate is a proven growth leader who has demonstrated experience in shaping and capturing complex C2 hardware and software programs, with preference given to candidates with recent experience interacting with USMC PEO Land Systems, Marine Corps Systems Command, US Army PEO Ground Combat Systems, US Army PEO Combat Service and Combat Service Support, and AFC Next-Generation Combat Vehicles CFT.Demonstrated knowledge in defense acquisitions, with a history of zero-to-one defense program growth in the US Army or US Marine Corps a plusIntimate understanding of government contracting, fielding, requirements generation, and budgeting for the purposes of transitioning prototype capabilities to productionExperience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of deploying unmanned systems in a Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, Low-bandwidth (DDIL) environmentA leader who can build, adapt, and implement new and innovative approaches to marketMust be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environmentAbility to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders within defense and intelligence community to drive capability adoptionDemonstrated high-energy leader who will drive performance and exhibit strong management skills with a high level of emotional intelligenceExcellent writing, communication skills with experience briefing senior executives and customersPreferred candidate is based out of Washington, DCREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMust possess and be able to maintain a U.S. TS/SCI Security clearanceMust be willing to travel up to 35%Minimum of 10 years of relevant Program Management, acquisitions or business development/sales capture experience in the government and/or private sectorUS Salary Range$140,000—$210,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
