Position Overview
Annalect is searching for an experienced Product Leader to drive development of performance marketing capabilities.
This fast-paced and exciting position offers a great opportunity to work directly with some of the world's largest advertising clients to develop and deliver meaningful solutions in a rapidly changing digital marketing landscape. The ideal candidate will have both a keen eye for details as well as the ability to easily flow from discussions with software engineers to executive management personnel. Strong communication skills along with a collaborative personality is a must.
Please note: This role will require an in-office presence, 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Omni is Omnicom's open operating system, built and deployed by Annalect, that helps marketers orchestrate better outcomes. Omni drives marketing transformation through better consumer experiences, greater efficiency, and higher ROI. This role will be responsible for the definition and adoption of Omni's global suite of activation capabilities, encompassing an array of audience, media, and content targeting and optimization solutions designed to deliver cross-channel precision and performance at scale. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$122,000-$175,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

This role will be responsible for the definition and adoption of Omni's global suite of activation capabilities, encompassing an array of audience, media, and content targeting and optimization solutions designed to deliver cross-channel precision and performance at scale. Responsibilities include:
- Work with Executive leadership on product team to define vision for performance marketing product suite
- Driving rollout and adoption of targeting and optimization solutions at scale across the global organization
- Driving development of capabilities with dedicated engineering team and/or other product owners across existing tracks
- Partner with internal teams to define pricing, product marketing/positioning, commercial/finance operations, and support to bring capabilities to market across programmatic display/video, CTV, paid social, paid search.
- Collaborate with the Omnicom Media Group media buying stakeholders to identity needs/opportunities and innovate solutions to support differentiated investment products to grow Omnicom business and deliver client outcomes
- Drive business requirements to product
- Serve as primary business activation stakeholder across strategic activation partners
- Identifying external vendor partnerships as needed to support the vision
Measures of Success
- Effectiveness of products to deliver performance
- Adoption of Omni activation capabilities (esp. audience targeting, CTV, InventoryAI)
- Product differentiation from the market
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Deep familiarity with mechanics of Performance Marketing
- 7+ years in performance marketing, commerce, or media
- Product development experience is preferred
- BA/BS in a related field required
- Strong communication and relationship building with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of product development process
- Ability to work in an agile manner in an environment of rapidly changing requirements
- Ability to think strategically
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority over those teams
- Detail-oriented: Accuracy and attention to detail is very important in this position
- Analytical, evaluative, problem-solving acumen
