Any combination of bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, graphic design, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience in creating/maintaining a social media presence. Must possess a valid California Driver's License. 2. Ability to work independently and efficiently, exercising reasonable judgment, in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with minimal supervision. 3. Strong interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a culturally and linguistically diverse community, verbally and in writing. 4. Ability to maintain courtesy, professionalism, and a customer service attitude. 5. Knowledge of practices, procedures, resources, and applications on the Internet and social media.
