Job Overview
As the EVP Operations & Strategy at Longevity Partners, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and operational excellence of the organization. You will serve as a key partner to the CEO and the board, facilitating decision-making, implementing global strategic initiatives, and enhancing growth and operational efficiency across the organization. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual who can manage complex projects, facilitate communication across departments and countries, and drive operational efficiency with the authority of the CEO. You will act as a trusted advisor and liaison, ensuring alignment between the executive office and the broader organization.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment; experience in consulting, strategy, and/or upper middle-management roles, is a plus. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Job Overview
As the EVP Operations & Strategy at Longevity Partners, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and operational excellence of the organization. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual who can manage complex projects, facilitate communication across departments and countries, and drive operational efficiency with the authority of the CEO. You will act as a trusted advisor and liaison, ensuring alignment between the executive office and the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Work with the country managers, the business growth team, and the C-suite to conduct internal and external analyses, identify growth and operational improvement opportunities, inform strategic planning, and implement value creation initiatives on behalf of the CEO and the board.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business plans for executive decision-making, and actively support their implementations.
- Operational Management:
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to company standards.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities, develop value creation plan, and enforce actions in order to accelerate revenue growth and improve profitability across all business units and countries (including improving board-level KPIs such as project margins, pricing, utilization, achieved per diems, quality compliance, pipeline conversion, etc.)
- Communication and Liaison:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, including C-level suite, staff, board members, clients, and partners.
- Draft and edit communications, presentations, and reports for the executive team, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational messaging.
- Facilitate effective communication across business units and countries to promote collaboration and teamwork, and a healthy work culture.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage strategic projects from conception to completion, tracking progress and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Prepare regular updates for the executive team regarding project status, outcomes, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Experience:

Location - Austin (Texas, USA) where the CEO and US team are based.
- Possible relocation to London (UK) after a few years.
- Work will involve international travels between US, Asian, and European offices
