The Intralinks Alternative Investments Services Team is a key strategic growth lever for the Company. By enabling Intralinks customers (and potential customers on competitor systems) to use the latest Intralinks products and services, you will at the forefront of the Companies' growth throughout 2024 and beyond. You'll be part of a growing Global Team of experts in the Intralinks platform, FinTech, and cutting-edge new technologies.

In this role you will be responsible for owning and delivering a Managed Service on behalf of customers, including scoping, understanding and documenting their requirements. You will be their primary point of contact to retrieve, transform, review and post important, time-critical documents to Intralinks' new, state of the art InView platform.

You will also be responsible for working with customers to identify opportunities for the new suite of Professional Services that we are rolling out globally within Alternative Investments.

What You Will Get To Do

  • Work with Customer subject matter experts to identify, define and scope key requirements
  • Conduct deep dive analysis of current processes & design optimised Managed Service options
  • Strategize and plan the end-to-end journey from current state to 'live' Managed Service
  • Identify and communicate potential risks / issues to the transition to the Managed Service
  • Work with the customer to map and understand data posting requirements to Intralinks INView
  • Analyze, cleanse and prepare date where necessary prior to posting to Intralinks InView
  • Oversee and undertake the posting of sensitive customer data which may require unexpected adjustments to the process and schedule
  • Provide regular status updates to customers and Intralinks Alternative Investments Services team
  • Oversee the quality control process to ensure is accurately and compliantly accessed and posted
  • Work with the customer to ensure 'four eyes' sign off before undertaking the Managed Service
  • Report any issues encountered to Intralinks support
  • Conduct regular meetings with Intralinks Product Management to prioritize and resolve issues that are critical to the success of the Managed Service process
  • Develop best practices, processes, and standards to continuously improve the Intralinks Managed Service process
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement enhanced automation & AI to streamline the end to end journey
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for the Managed Service

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in information management systems, computer science, or related field, or 3 years of related work experience
  • Excellent track record of building strong client relationships and working closely with customers
  • Relevant experience in either software implementation or data migration
  • Exceptional attention to detail in data
  • Strong data skills - analysis, transformation, validation & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain data integrity and evaluate logical cohesion during complex data transformations
  • Strong Excel skills (XLookups, Pivots, Data Sources, Queries)
  • Working knowledge of Python scripting - setting up environments, modifying, and testing code
  • Familiarity with operation of SQL databases and query structure
  • Experience working with clients as a technical resource and communicating difficult concepts
  • Experience working with clients to keep projects focused, on track, and on time
  • Experience in requirements gathering, pre-sales and the delivery of professional services

Jersey City, NJ: Salary range for the position: $90,000 USD to $100,000 USD. NY: Salary range for the position: $90,000 USD to $100,000 USD.
