Description
- Oversee all project activities and coordinate with project team members to ensure deliverables are met on time
- Assist in developing project schedule and ensure all project phases are completed within budget
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are understood and met
- Ensure quality assurance of all construction projects
- Prepare and deliver project reports to management
- Assist in procurement of construction materials and equipment
- Ensure adherence to all safety and compliance regulations
- Act as the point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from within the project team

Profile
A successful 'Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction' should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in multifamily construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Proficient in MS Office and construction management software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
