Technical/Functional Skills
•Minimum9+ years of experience in SAP EWM, SAP QM, and S/4 HANA.SAP Decentralized EWMconsultant experience in implementation and rollouts, change managementprocess, and deep EWM knowledge, primarily where EWM interacts with QM andProduction integration, QM integration with EWM, and the manufacturingoperations processes.
Experience Required •Bachelorsdegree in engineering, Warehouse & Business Administration, InformationTechnology, or related field. •Minimumof 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM with expertise in S/4 HANAimplementation. •SAPdecentralized EWM, S/4 HANA, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations,Quality Management (QM) integration with EWM & Configuration, ChangeManagement •Proventrack record of leading end-to-end implementation projects and deliveringhigh-quality solutions on time and within budget. •Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complexbusiness requirements and propose effective solutions. •Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
SAP certifications in relevant areas (optional butpreferred).
Roles & ResponsibilitiesWeare seeking a mid-level SAP EWM Consultant who possesses deep knowledge andhands-on experience in SAP EWM with S/4 HANA. •The idealcandidate will have Minimum 9+ years of experience in SAP EWM, SAP QM, and S/4HANA.SAP Decentralized EWM consultant experience in implementation androllouts, change management process, and deep EWM knowledge, primarily whereEWM interacts with QM and Production integration, QM integration with EWM, andthe manufacturing operations processes. •Highfunctional/technical proficiency with at least two full-cycle SAP decentralizedEWM implementations. •Knowledge in SD, MM, LE Shipping and Transportation, and QM will be an addedadvantage. •Strongexperience in SAP systems implementation and innovation. •End-to-endknowledge in EWM business process, and supply chain. Experience of the same inlife sciences industry will be a great plus. •Experiencein creation of Master Data i.e, Packaging specifications, WarehouseOrganizational Structure, Setting for Handling Units, etc. •Goodunderstanding of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes along with astrong expertise in setting up the systems integrations between 3PL systems,SAP EWM with SAP ERP. •Strongknowledge about system enhancements and configuration, Change Management andServiceNow. Experience in analysis, design, development, testing,implementation and documentation. •Experiencein HP ALM and data migration will be a bonus.
