We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic
HR Employee Engagement Specialist
to join our Human Resources team. This mid-level position will focus on driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and supporting initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations and a passion for enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement Initiatives : Develop, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs to boost morale, productivity, and retention. Employee Evaluations : Collaborate with managers and leadership to implement and manage 30-day, 90-day and regular evaluations to gauge employee integration and performance. Onboarding & Orientation : Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive first impression and strong integration into the company culture. Employee Recognition Programs : Coordinate and maintain recognition and reward programs that celebrate employee milestones and contributions. Culture Development : Collaborate with managers and leadership to promote company values and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and inclusivity. Training & Development : Assist in organizing and delivering employee development programs that support professional growth and engagement. Employee Relations : Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations issues, addressing concerns, and offering proactive engagement solutions. HR Analytics : Track and report on engagement metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and retention data, to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Company Communications : Help with internal communications related to HR initiatives, updates, and events that promote engagement and company values. Employee Feedback and Surveys : Manage regular employee surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one feedback sessions; analyze results and recommend actionable improvements. Compliance : Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to wage and hour regulations, anti-discrimination statutes, and workplace safety requirements. Other HR Support : Assist with other HR functions as needed.
