The IT Coordinator USA is responsible for troubleshooting/supporting users, systems, with occasional travel required.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Installation and support of HP business desktop and laptop line, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft M365 and other software products. Desktop management and imaging of laptops and desktops for deployment. Ticketing of all service incidents, handling of incidents with second level support and IT management. Cisco VoIP phone support. Independent handling and troubleshooting of basic IT network installations. Configuration and support of copier and printer equipment. IT hardware inventory management. IT vendor negotiations and management for structured cabling and video surveillance installation for branch office setups. Training and IT onboarding of users onsite and via remote (Microsoft Teams) Performs other duties as required and assigned. Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Approximately 2 years of experience in a helpdesk / IT support environment. Associate's level degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent related work experience. Fundamental know-how of office IT and network equipment support required - A+, Network+, Google IT Support Professional, CCENT preferred. Excellent skills in helpdesk, training and supporting users via remote access and telephone. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Good understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel) and able to support them. Self-motivated, positive, and proactive attitude. Ability to accurately document projects and the proficiency to identify & recommend improvements. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams. Available to work flexible schedules around a 40-hour work week. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

No heavy lifting is expected, although exertion of up to 25 pounds of force may be required on occasion. Manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment, such as computers, copiers, fax machines, etc. Sitting for extended periods of time is common. Hearing and vision within average range to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. This position is performed in a traditional office setting. Travel may be required occasionally. These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
