The OTECH Configuration and Data Manager (CDM) manages the OTECH IPS Configuration Management (CM) group. In addition to routine managerial responsibilities, the CDM Manager ensures the most effective and compliant CM and Data management (DM) policies and procedures. Ensures CM and data management supporting CM systems are being developed, documented, communicated, and implemented. The CDM Manager is responsible for CM of developmental and operational systems. The CDM Manager works cross functionally to create and maintain configuration baselines supporting developmental and operational systems, uses or recommends automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures, develops or modifies CM and DM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system. The CDM Manager implements CM and DM disciplines for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life. The CDM performs change control and configuration audits. Annualized pay rate for this position is $97,750 to $132,250.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Routine managerial duties (approving time, training, etc.). * Work on teams to create and maintain software, hardware, and documentation configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.). * Develop or modifies CM and DM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system. * Design, plan, enforce and coordinate CM/DM processes and procedures. * Support the development or review and processing of engineering change proposals. * Participate in web-based data applications, document, and data management. * Oversee COTS common library to be used for all Otech projects/programs. * Participate in all configuration control boards, including customer, teammate, and subcontractor as defined by contracts. * Work with external customers, teammates, and support contractors with support for contract specific CM/DM plans and requirements. * Track, Release, deliver, and communicate regarding Engineering Change Packages (ECP). * Work with OTECH Contracts in the tracking, release, delivery, and communications regarding Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). Qualifications

REQUIRED * Bachelor's Degree or higher preferably in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math); may substitute experience for degree. * Demonstrated 5 plus years of Configuration Management of engineering elements including systems, software, hardware, mechanical and manufacturing across multiple programs. * Created, implemented, improved, and enforced policies and procedures in support of a Configuration Management in alignment with principles and operating procedures requirements. * Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships and trust with internal team members and customers. * Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Project). * Candidate will have to perform in an ISO-9000 rated company in a rapidly changing and demanding atmosphere. * Must be able to obtain security clearance. * In-depth knowledge of ANSI/EIA-649. DESIRED * Working knowledge of the 3DExperience PLM Software. * Working Knowledge of the SolidWorks software. * Working Knowledge of the SolidWorks PDM software. Additional Information
