This position is responsible for planning and coordinating workflow for the execution of numerous direct mail campaigns: collaborate with multiple cross-functional groups to understand business objectives and strategies, analyze work requirements, define resource needs, and develop capacity plans. Collaborates with Strategy, Creative and Production teams, NYL stakeholders and external agencies to prioritize, coordinate, and optimize resources that support multiple direct mail marketing campaigns in development.
What You’ll Do:
Utilize a centralized capacity management tool for campaign development to coordinate resources across multiple campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and strategies, collect requirements, define specs, and craft into detailed project plans
Estimate, quantify, and monitor resource metrics for time and level of effort and identify opportunities
Identify and mitigate potential risks that can delay project timelines or increase costs
Provide insight and recommendations to remove bottlenecks and streamline processes to optimize capacity and increase efficiencies
Clearly articulate opinions and needs to stakeholders, establish trust, and build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
Accurately relay key objectives to ensure clean execution and mitigate risk
Help support a culture that drives simplification, eliminates redundant, non-value add work, and optimizes capacity
Cultivate partnerships, facilitate communication between team members to ensure alignment with objectives, assigned tasks, and due dates
Centralize, update and audit process documentation repository
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing Advertising Communication, Capacity Management, Traffic, Print Production and/or equivalent experience.
5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
Must be proficient in Excel, analytical abilities project management, and capacity planning.
Preferred experience in a fast-paced environment supporting all aspects of direct mail marketing, and print production.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, flexibility working with multiple cross-functional teams, and attention to detail.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
