We are Looking for:
We are seeking a skilled eClinicalWorks (eCW) Technical Support Specialist to join our healthcare organization, which supports over 200 providers and 600+ users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving technical support tickets, liaising with eCW support to address and resolve software issues, and ensuring that end users have a seamless experience with eClinicalWorks applications.
Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all eCW technical support inquiries and troubleshooting within the organization. Monitor and manage the support ticketing system, ensuring all tickets are tracked, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with eCW's technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues affecting end users. Provide detailed documentation and follow-up on support tickets, including solutions and best practices for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams, such as IT, training, and clinical staff, to understand and address user challenges. Conduct periodic check-ins with high-volume users to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation to assist users with common issues and frequently asked questions. Provide training and guidance to end users to improve their familiarity and efficiency with the eCW system. Participate in technical evaluations, updates, and testing of new eCW features or releases. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements when handling patient data and system access. Benefits:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical support, preferably within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) software. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve software, connectivity, and user-related issues. Familiarity with healthcare operations and workflows, particularly as they relate to electronic health records (EHR). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Certification in eClinicalWorks or similar EHR systems (a plus). Experience with HIPAA compliance and data security protocols.
