Job Duties Proactively monitors network performance using designated tools and identifies potential issues based on alerts. Analyzes and diagnoses availability incidents, pinpointing root causes of problems related to hardware, software, or environmental factors. Resolves identified issues within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements) or escalates complex issues to the appropriate team according to established procedures. Thoroughly documents incidents in the NOC Event Form, capturing details and resolutions for future reference and knowledge base development. Leverages scripting languages like Python and Javascript to automate tasks and enhance efficiency. Generates performance reports, identifies trends, and proactively collaborates with senior personnel to predict and prevent future outages. Works with internal teams to create and maintain accurate knowledge base articles for troubleshooting. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. KSAs

Ability to work independently, analyze issues, and make decisions with minimal management intervention. Proactively involves key technology infrastructure teams, when necessary. Ability to anticipate potential obstacles and develop contingency plans to overcome them. Awareness of new and existing technologies, architecture, and best practices. Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a high-pressure environment where change is commonplace. Ability to handle multiple interruptions and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to diligently follow standards and best practices for many different technology areas. Strong understanding of AWS systems and the essential services that AWS provides. Strong understanding of AD and Powershell. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field 3 years of experience as a NOC Engineer or in a NOC environment. Proficient in Salesforce, Single Sign-On Management System, Active Directory, Office365, PAMS, Scheduling Management Applications, OnBase, Remote Desktop Access Applications, Oracle, and SQL. Experience with network monitoring and alerting tools. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Javascript. Admin experience in ServiceNow IIQ experience Banner experience Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager. Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range: $95,900.00 - $143,800.00
