Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Senior Product Designer for a contract position in San Francisco, CA. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: Our portfolio focuses on sales journeys for new and existing customers and our secure site and banking tools

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Own design strategy and delivery (research, journey mapping, workshops, wireframing, prototyping and testing, pixel-perfect visual design delivery) in conjunction with our UX Research team Support cross-functional agile teams to create industry-leading sales journeys Work closely with UX researchers, product owners, digital managers, content strategists, the design system team, and other stakeholders Use a comprehensive understanding of interaction design theory, visual design theory, research data and best practices to inform design decisions Design purposeful and data-driven solutions Pair and collaborate with other designers by sharing best practices, ideation techniques, and usability principles Promote and practice open communication and contribute to a transparent and collaborative team culture

Qualifications:

Figma Prototyping UX Design 5 years Product Design

Preferred:

Industry Background: Financial services (but not a requirement) Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user.
