About the Role:
Provide excellent member service support to credit union staff and members for all loan related services including, but not limited to loan corrections, product cancellations, product servicing, and processing title work. Additionally, works with all third-party vendors to ensure members product claims and title work is received and processed in a timely manner.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Process all necessary transactions for loan payments, payoffs, and loan corrections. File and maintain loan records as needed. Process all member claims and cancellations related to loan products, including but not limited to Gap, Warranty, and Payment Protection. Follow up with the vendor and member as necessary. Process and audit all state title applications ensuring the accuracy of lien, recording fees collected, and legal forms signed. Ensures appropriate notations are made to all accounts pursuant to all local, state, and federal guidelines. Maintains all administrative operations for third-party vendor websites including but not limited to IQQ, TruStage, Dealertrack and DMV websites. Provides support to all internal employees concerning loan servicing questions such as loan corrections, claims or title processing. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Three years to five years of similar or related experience. A high school degree or equivalent Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation. Customer Service Skills Basic Computer Skills Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills Attention to detail Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
