Job Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing diverse customer relationships, and increasing market share within the designated region. This is a pivotal role for a commercially driven salesperson with a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and execute sales strategies to maximize market share. Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations with customers. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical staff, to provide seamless solutions for customers. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Requirements:

Qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial equipment market Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Ability to travel within the assigned region when required.
