Key Responsibilities:
Conduct strategic FP&A analysis to support fund activities, manage fund's consolidated budget, and prepare internal and external financial reports. Collaborate with fund administrators to produce recurring investor reports and quarterly performance analysis, working closely with leadership. Review and oversee complex accounting processes, including financial statement preparation, equity transactions, and joint venture adjustments. Model potential investment impacts and create ad hoc analyses to support acquisitions and other growth initiatives. Manage cash flow activities, capital calls, and distributions, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Requirements:
3+ years of relevant accounting or FP&A experience, ideally in private equity real estate. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting CPA designation preferred. Proficiency in financial reporting, joint venture accounting, and ASC 820 fair value concepts.
