As a hands-on technical lead, you'll drive high-quality, scalable solutions within Salesforce while fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement. You'll also engage cross-functional teams like Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and beyond to align technical initiatives with our broader goals, ensuring Salesforce CPQ and related systems serve as a reliable source of truth.

Collaborate assertively when technical challenges arise to maintain robust design standards. Drive Standards and Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices across code reviews, deployment, and source control to maintain consistent quality and performance across projects. Mentor and Guide Team: Act as a resource for the engineering team, fostering growth in technical skill and helping uphold technical standards, without formal people management responsibilities. Advanced Problem Solving: Tackle complex, high-impact technical challenges, particularly around performance and scalability, while maintaining direct technical engagement. Skills We're Looking For

Extensive Salesforce Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Technical Grit and Advocacy: Proven ability to engage in rigorous technical discussions with other teams and assertively advocate for sound, sustainable design. Internal Leadership without People Management: Skilled in fostering technical growth, innovation, and a high standard of quality within the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Enterprise-Level Systems Integration: Strong background in Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and IPaaS, with a focus on reliability and scalability. Quality Standards and Code Ownership: Commitment to upholding high-quality standards in coding practices, testing, and deployment, with a focus on comprehensive and maintainable solutions. Advanced Certifications: Required: Salesforce Developer I & II certifications. Preferred: Salesforce System Architect, CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Technical Architect. Agile and DevOps Proficiency: Proficient in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within Salesforce, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing.
