Your will handle customer relationships and assist with individual service needs while delivering best -in-class customer service. service

Responsibilities

• Always greet customers in a friendly manner ASAP.
• Ability to Open and Close the store overtime.
• Stock and price supplies for retail section.
• Multitask between customer if needed.
• Process shipping, fax documents, copies documents and prepare for notary.
• Write up orders for print jobs, and follow up on completed jobs by phone and email.
• Extensive knowledge of the company products and services.
