Title: Legal Recruiter Location: Mission Valley, CA (In-Office Monday and Wednesdays) Compensation: $65-75k (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: The Legal Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary to hire and/or direct hire attorneys, paralegals, and/or other legal professional job orders for a variety of law firms and/or specialized clients. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and/or role-specific recruiting strategies and solutions to increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client and market needs. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles in order to foster key business relationships with potential and existing clients. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS: Build the talent pipeline across cross-functional teams by sourcing passive candidates, placing calls, pre-screening applicants Manage several requisitions simultaneously with drive, follow-through and creativity Collaborate with recruiters to provide excellent customer service to all internal clients and candidates Support and assist with scheduling candidates for interviews Conduct weekly and monthly Quality Checks with candidates actively on assignment Participate in two monthly recruitment events and foster relationships with our local partners (i.e. non-profits who assist candidates with careers, job centers, etc.) Facilitate our advertising campaigns by managing our daily and weekly postings as directed by the Operations Supervisor Serve as an Eastridge ambassador to ensure the candidate is excited at the prospect of joining our clients MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of prior experience in professional staffing Experience recruiting for a variety of Legal roles It would be a huge plus if you had these: Highly prefer experience recruiting for Attorneys Legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Paralegal Certificate or Legal Studies Education PERKS & BENEFITS: At the center of Eastridge Workforce Solutions values is the belief that the single most important thing we do is continue to hire the best people and create a workplace where they can thrive.
