The Experienced Hire Recruiting team determines hiring needs, creates sourcing strategies and manages full life cycle recruiting. The Diversity Recruiting Team intentionally focus on attracting traditionally underrepresented groups (including but not limited to women, black, Hispanic/Latino, and LGBT people, veterans, people with disabilities and first-generation college students) to the firm through pipeline development programs, high-touch recruiting engagement, and marketing that reinforces the firms overall commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. This person will work at the intersection of both teams to ensure that we are building external relationships that lead to the development of a robust and diverse candidate pipeline and building internal relationships that lead to a using their expertise in an area of the firm where they will leverage their knowledge to become a thought partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Source and identify talent through creative avenues that widen the funnel of talented professionals interested in open roles at the firm
  • Manage key internal client relationships to influence sourcing, interview and hiring strategy in a particular business area(s) of Goldman Sachs
  • Support internal clients and recruiting teams in developing an integrated diversity strategy across different business areas
  • Drive accountability and governance for global representation aspirations
  • Comfortable learning and navigating systems that will allow you to leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, communicate priorities and measure progress
  • Advise on the development and delivery of world class diversity recruitment practices

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WERE LOOKING FOR

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree
  • Ability to develop relationships with senior professionals and work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated client focus
  • Analytical and metrics reporting capabilities
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow through required
  • Client focused, service oriented, relationship builder
  • Ability to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Proven ability in managing external vendors
  • Credibility to influence at the highest levels within divisions and the firm

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preference for experience with diversity initiatives and/or recruiting
  • Experience of project management with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex time-sensitive projects
  • Awareness of current diversity issues, trends, and organizations
  • Superior competency in Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn various recruiting technologies efficiently
