Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic law firm. Compensation:$25 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior staff, attorneys, and team members, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and supporting payroll and benefits administration.
- Finance Administration: Manage financial tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, and assisting in budget preparation and reporting.
- Facilities Management: Oversee office maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that the work environment is safe, functional, and conducive to productivity.
- Operational Support: Collaborate across departments to streamline processes, manage office supplies, and support the implementation of firm-wide policies and procedures.
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- High school diploma or GED required
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
