Our client in Springfield, PA is seeking an Administrative Assistant!

Job Details for Administrative Assistant:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
  • $21-$22/hr.
  • Fully on-site
  • Business casual dress code

Job Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:
  • Perform a variety of administrative activities for various departments; this involves using multiple applications and software programs to address their needs
  • Organize and maintain departmental files & records, including project records
  • Compile budget, prepare monthly invoices, and compliance reports
  • Coordinate service/work orders for field employees
  • Prepare email correspondence
  • Serve as Telephone Operator / Receptionist for inbound calls: this involves answering phone calls, providing assistance (when possible), and forwarding messages
  • Utilize SAP system
Job Requirements for Administrative Assistant:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft office programs and knowledge of SAP
  • Strong communication with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must pass background check, drug screening and education verification
