Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Maintain and re-stock common areas
- Answer phones, schedules meetings, greets clients & broad range of other administrative duties
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, mail, etc.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, processing, scanning, etc.
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Prepare equipment and common workrooms or operation daily (restocking inventory, putting paper in copier, changing toner cartridges, etc.)
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock and reporting to CST Team Members when inventory is low
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail (receiving, scanning, distributing, etc.) and sending out UPS packages
- Assist with coordinating office meetings/meals/events
- Run office errands as needed
- Drafting tax arrangement letters
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to perform tasks with a sense of urgency
- Must possess wonderful organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all different levels
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
