LHH has partnered with a dynamic warehousing client to help add an Administrative Assistant to their team in Knoxville, TN. This position is ideal for anyone who is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and organize paperwork related to revenue agreements and contracts.
  • Provide administrative support for client deliverables, review and delivery.
  • Coordination of document prep, reporting, and file organization.
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and meetings.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, stock supplies, and order inventory.
  • Perform daily data entry for expenses.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Admin experience preferred.
  • Scheduling experience preferred.
  • Background or knowledge in Information Technology a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
