As a Marketing Data Analyst, your focus will be on our fruity and gum brands in the US market with broader segment and global opportunities. You will use advanced analytics and visualization to measure the performance and effectiveness of digital channels and marketing campaigns to drive overall campaign efficiency and effectiveness. This role demands a blend of analytical expertise, strategic acumen, and ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will manage detailed data analysis, campaign reporting, and closely collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions. They should also possess expertise across various marketing verticals including social media, programmatic advertising, web analytics, CRM, and paid media.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in the fields of Analytics, Data Science, or Strategy demonstrating the ability to derive insights offering marketing solutions. Agency experience preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools
- Experience with website measurement and tagging tools (e.g., GA/GTM) and troubleshooting tag configuration.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Lookr, Datorama, plotly, ggplot, seaborn)
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in data analytics software: SQL, Python, or R
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and data presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Consumer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools (CRM), DMPs, DSPs
- Effective communication abilities presenting data-driven insights that are understandable across teams, including non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in crafting and presenting data visualizations that not only depict information efficiently but also drive strategic decisions and marketing effectiveness.
- Foundational knowledge in statistical analytics and data science. Ability to conduct advanced analyses such as regression analysis, NLP / text analysis, correlation studies, heatmaps, and scatter plots to deepen insights into campaign effectiveness.
- Understanding of marketing models such as A/B testing, MMM, and unsupervised learning is a plus.
- A deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies with the ability to apply data-driven insights to real-world brand objectives.
- Experience working in the consumer goods or FMCG industry is a plus.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Consumer Data Analytics & Reporting
- Key focuses: fruity and gum cells, first-party data acquisition and activation campaigns with opportunities for segment wide consumer data analytics
- Analyze consumer data campaigns to provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor internal dashboards and regularly manage data to keep current.
- Utilize analytical methodologies to quantify the impact and value of digital channels, including paid and organic search, email, paid media, social, and consumer promotions.
- Employ data visualization and reporting techniques to effectively communicate measurement results.
- Utilize historical data to create benchmarks for future campaign comparisons.
Consumer Data Platform (CDP) Deployment
- Consult with stakeholders to identify audience segmentations for activations.
- Design & deploy audiences for fruity and gum marketing and media activations.
- Promoting Data-Driven Mindset
- Foster an analytics and data-driven mindset across business teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve business results through consumer-focused marketing strategies.
