Job Description
We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team. This position is in the Piscataway area. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, and processing customer applications. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
• Maintaining and monitoring customer accounts to take necessary actions
• Accurately processing customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Keeping up-to-date and accurate customer credit records
• Efficiently managing Data Entry tasks related to customer service
• Facilitating Email Correspondences to ensure effective communication with customers
• Handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls to and from customers
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for documentation and record keeping
• Overseeing Order Entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Scheduling appointments as required by customers or team members
• Possess skills in answering inbound calls, ensuring customer queries are resolved efficiently• Previous experience in a call center customer service role is essential
• Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
• Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times
• Able to handle email correspondence with a detail-oriented approach, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, using it effectively to track and manage customer data
• Confident in using Microsoft Word for drafting detail-oriented correspondence and reports
• Experience in order entry, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and promptly
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing multiple calendars and prioritizing effectively.
