Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounting Associate for a 6-month assignment with one of the world’s leading manufacturing organizations. The ideal candidate has extensive accounts payable experience, is comfortable supporting accounts receivable when needed and can support preparation of month, quarter and year-end reports. Essential Duties:
Process accounts payable invoices, including validating and research to prevent fraud.
Ensure proper accounts are charged for invoices by researching discrepancies between purchase orders and invoice.
Assist with month-end close entries and account reconciliations.
Act as backup to accounts receivable.
Support SOX documentation and testing requirements.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
5+ years’ relevant AP experience.
Experience supporting AP functions in a manufacturing, distribution or like environment.
Advanced Excel skills.
Ability to research and resolve complex accounts payable issues.
Location: fully onsite
Pay: $25.00-31.00/hr
Pay Details: $25.00 to $31.00 per hour
