We are in search of a Director of Accounting to join a local company in growth mode. As the Director of Accounting, you will be involved in all aspects of the company's financial management, reporting directly to the CFO, and managing a small team.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing all elements of accounting management including billing, financial statements, general accounting systems, treasury, budgeting, tax, and more.

• Ensuring that the company’s financial reporting processes are in compliance with all regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.

• Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.

• Coordinating, preparing, and reviewing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Utilizing various accounting software systems for efficient management of accounting functions.

• Implementing and managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Conducting regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a management role

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions.

• Strong GAAP Skills

• CPA certification is required.
