Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish department goals.
- Provide support for other finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
